Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can build and promote the brand across different business verticals. The role involves content ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing, with a strong focus on Reels and short-form videos. The candidate should also stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, photos, stories, and social media posts.

Develop creative content ideas b█████d on company activities, products, services, people, and events.

Shoot and edit high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Handle the complete content creation process from concept to publishing, including:

Concept development

Scripting

Shooting

Editing

Publishing

Identify and adapt trending Reels, sounds, formats, and content styles according to the brand.

Create different types of content, including:

Behind-the-scenes

Promotional

Educational

Testimonial

Corporate

Event-b█████d content

Coordinate with employees and different teams for on-camera content.

Capture content across different company locations and business verticals.

Maintain a consistent content pipeline and support the social media content calendar.

Monitor content performance, engagement, and social media trends to improve future content.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.

Good skills in:

Video shooting

Framing

Lighting

Storytelling

Proficiency in editing tools such as:

CapCut

Adobe Premiere Pro

DaVinci Resolve

After Effects

Or similar editing software

Strong creative mindset with a good eye for visuals and current trends.

Good communication skills and confidence while working with people on camera.

Ability to work independently and execute content ideas quickly.

Portfolio or previous Reels/content work is preferred.
