JD - Admission Counsellor (Pre-Primary to K-12)

Experience: 1+ Years in Admissions / Counselling / Educational Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle Admission Enquiries & Walk-ins

Welcome parents and students, understand their requirements, and provide complete information about the █████'s programs and facilities.

2. Parent Counselling & Guidance

Counsel parents regarding the █████'s curriculum, teaching methodology, facilities, and unique offerings. Address queries and build confidence in the admission process.

3. Lead Follow-up & Admission Conversion

Regularly follow up with prospective parents through calls, messages, and meetings to convert enquiries into admissions.

4. Campus Tours & █████ Presentations

Conduct █████ tours and explain the learning environment, academic programs, and extracurricular activities to prospective families.

5. Admission Documentation & Record Management

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions using MS Office and CRM/Excel sheets.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with academic, administration, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission experience for parents.

7. Support Admission Campaigns & Events

Participate in admission drives, open houses, workshops, and promotional events to generate enquiries and admissions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in █████ admissions, student counselling or educational sales

2. Excellent communication and convincing skills

3. Confidence in interacting with parents and students

4. Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

6. Positive, proactive and target-oriented attitude
