Position: Assistant Store Manager – Ice Cream & Bubble Tea Outlet

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations.

• Supervise staff and ensure duties are completed efficiently.

• Ensure customers receive friendly, quick, and professional service.

• Support the preparation and serving of bubble tea, ice cream, sandwiches, waffles, snacks, and other menu items.

• Check product quality, portion sizes, presentation, and consistency.

• Assist with staff allocation and shift management.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve routine complaints professionally.

• Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales procedures.

• Monitor stock availability and inform the Manager about replenishment requirements.

• Check expiry dates, storage conditions, and product freshness.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.

• Assist in training new team members and ensuring SOPs are followed.

• Support opening and closing procedures.

• Monitor wastage and help maintain cost-control practices.

• Take responsibility for the outlet in the Store Manager's absence.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
