About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior coaches in conducting █████ training sessions for students of varying skill levels.
• Develop lesson plans that align with the █████'s curriculum and teaching philosophy.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to students, addressing individual strengths and weaknesses.
• Organize and facilitate █████ tournaments and events to promote competitive play.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing the coaching program.
• Stay updated on █████ trends and teaching methodologies to enhance coaching effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Basic practical and theoretical knowledge of █████ teaching and playing.
