Job Summary

█████ █████ is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. █████ ideal candidate will provide expert counseling, manage █████ end-to-end admission process, mentor junior counsellors, and contribute to achieving organizational admission goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career and academic counseling to prospective students and parents.
• Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Handle █████ complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and o█████r communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and update █████ CRM system.
• Mentor and support junior counsellors to improve █████ir performance.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, education fairs, and counseling sessions.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Prepare reports on admissions, conversions, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• 2–5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, EdTech, or █████ higher education sector.
• Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in domestic or international admissions.
• Knowledge of university admission processes and educational programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and regional languages.
