Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Architect with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team in Vizianagaram. The ideal candidate should have strong █████ skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage architectural projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.

Develop innovative █████ concepts based on client requirements.

Create 2D and 3D models using architectural software.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Prepare BOQs, project documentation, and presentations.

Support project execution until completion.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)

Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3ds Max

Microsoft Office

Good communication and presentation skills

Problem-solving and project coordination skills

Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
