Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills of students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, workshops, and assessments to improve employability and workplace readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette.
• Train candidates in spoken English, presentation skills, and public speaking.
• Develop and deliver modules on teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and employability skill sessions.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Design training materials, presentations, and learning activities.
• Track trainee progress and maintain training records.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and career development programs.

-Support placement readiness and professional grooming activities.

-Stay updated with industry trends and employability requirements.

Educational Qualification
