Position: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Internship Stipend: ₹9,000 per month

Full-Time Salary (After Successful Internship): ₹18,000 per month

Job Description

We are offering a paid HR Internship for enthusiastic graduates who are interested in building a █████ in Human Resources. During the internship, candidates will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and HR operations. Successful interns will be offered a full-time HR Executive position.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Conduct initial HR screening calls.

Assist in onboarding and documentation.

Maintain candidate and employee records.

Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements.

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility

BBA students only

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
