Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships.
• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio.
• Promote and sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Insurance, Investments, and Credit Cards.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and field visits.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under target-driven environments.
• Good knowledge of banking products and financial services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, BFSI, Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
