IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Implementation Engineer to support the implementation and deployment of healthcare software solutions.

The selected candidate will work with the implementation, technical, sales and support teams to understand client requirements, configure and deploy software solutions, support testing activities and assist end users during implementation.

This role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to HIMS, HMS, EMR and ERP healthcare software solutions and work with hospitals and healthcare organizations across India.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and deployment of HIMS/HMS, EMR and ERP software solutions.

Understand client requirements and assist in configuring software according to business needs.

Support software testing, UAT and go-live activities.

Provide training and basic technical support to end users.

Troubleshoot basic application-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

Work closely with Sales, Support and Technical teams during implementation projects.

Maintain proper implementation reports, documentation and project records.

Assist in data-related activities and basic database operations when required.

Understand client workflows and help ensure successful software implementation.

Visit client locations and hospitals for implementation, training and support activities as required.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure implementation activities are completed within timelines.

Provide post-implementation assistance and support when required.

Required Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL.

Basic understanding of Windows / Linux environments.

Basic understanding of computer networking.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
